If you wish to exchange the product for any reason we have an easy exchange mechanism in place. You need to follow the following procedure.
- The products can be exchanged only if they are unused.
- The products can be replaced only within 4 days of receipt.
- The customer should Email the bill copy at email@example.com.
- We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep, the product should be packed with original packaging so that there is no harm in transit, we shall not be responsible for any loss to products in transit.
- An Airway Bill will be mailed, the receivers and senders address will be mentioned on it, the printout out of this airway bill is required to be pasted on the parcel.
- Once we receive the product our team will get in touch with you for the product that that is required in exchange.
- We will regenerate a bill and email it to you. Any difference in the previous and new bill will be adjusted through bank.
- The customer will have to pay the return shipping charge.
- 20% of the order price shall be deducted.
